Mark Barber is a hometown boy, having grown up in Wichita Falls Texas. He had a good upbringing, with his mother and father instilling in him, the responsibility and obligation to participate in a positive way in the community. Mark’s strong values and passion to help were strengthened by his attendance in the First Baptist Church, which continues today, and participating in the Scouting movement, where always “Being Prepared,” he attained one of the highest honors in Scouting, that of an Eagle Scout.
As a boy, he attended Rider High School in Wichita Falls, studying hard and participating in golf. He had a normal upbringing for a young boy growing up in Wichita Falls, Texas in the late 1970’s. Following high school Mark attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas with designs to become a Legal Expert in the fields of Personal Injury, Criminal, Civil, and Family Law.
